about

East Worthing Community Association was set up in 1978. In 1987 the Council built the Hall in Pages Lane and the Association took over the use of the building for the Community Centre.

The Community Centre ensure a safe environment for young and old alike to meet.

It offers many classes & all sorts of activities throughout the day and evening. We are proud to have been serving the area for over thirty years and we are still host to some groups that started with us in 1987!

There is definitely something for everyone!

The centre is fully accessible for those with disabilities, all on one level with easy parking. We are situated in Pages Lane next to The Range.

There are a choice of rooms available for hire seven days a week, be it for a children’s party, business meeting, workshop, support group or fundraiser. The centre has a large hall and 3 meeting rooms. There is a commercial kitchen which is available with a small hatch into the Hall and larger hatch into the coffee lounge making it a popular space for informal chats and ideal for coffee breaks. For more details on the hall and rooms check out our facilities page.

In the gallery to the right are some photos of the centre through the years.
