Hire A Room

If you would like a room for a regular meeting, a one off meeting or a private event call the centre on 01903 212855 or pop into the centre speak to a member of staff to find out about availability.

There is a member of staff here from 9am - 9pm most week days.

​

We have 1 large main hall, 3 meeting rooms of various sizes and a coffee lounge which can be used for meetings.

The Main Hall:

The hall is suitable for large groups of up to 150 people. It has amplifications to play CD's and Mic. It also has a hearing loop system. If you are hiring this for a private party you also get the use of the kitchen for preparation and serving of food and refreshments. There is a small hatch linking the hall to the kitchen. If you are hiring the hall for any other event please ask a member of staff about available refreshments during your meeting.

Room 3:

This is the larger of the 3 rooms and can been used for a maximum of 40 people. This room has amplification and a hearing loop system. If you are hiring this for a party you also get use of the kitchen.

Size: 7m x 7m

Room 2:

This is the smallest of the rooms and is suitable for a maximum of up to 16 people. It is also suitable for 1 - 1 consultations and small meetings

Size: 5m x 4m

Room 1:

This room is suitable for a maximum of 24 people and has connecting doors to room 2

Size: 5.4m x 5.7m

The Coffee Lounge:

This room is available to hire for individual groups of up to 24 people, but when not in use by a group it is open for use by the public at any other time. There is a hatch linking the coffee lounge to the kitchen where you can purchase tea, coffee, biscuits and other sweets & snacks, for assistance please ask a member of staff to serve you.
